I was born in Barcelona where I started to learn ceramics at the age of 20 with Nuria Pie. My current home is The Hague in the Netherlads, where I enjoy making ceramics at two different centres -one for creative work and the other for teaching.
Over the years, my ceramics activity has been occasionally interrupted by the birth of my three sons and by our frequent moves: we have lived in different cities in France and in French Guiana, although always strongly connected with Barcelona.
Looking back, I now realise that my work is strongly influenced by the bright light and colours of Barcelona, a city of Sun and sea where the Modernism movement is still inspiring many colourful undertakings.
